Eating several small snacks and meals through the day instead of 3 larger meals may help with heartburn, because it will help your stomach from being too full. In addition, eating several smaller meals will keep you from feeling too hungry or too full. This can have the added bonus of lessening your morning sickness symptoms also.

There are a number of herbal remedies that can help you cure heartburn during pregnancy. You might choose a herbal tea that uses chamomile, orange peel, spearmint or marshmallow root. All of these herbs are meant to reduce your stomach acid. If tea isn’t your thing, most of them are also available as a herbal supplement.
