I provide comprehensive services to expecting and new mothers including early pregnancy classes, prepared childbirth classes, birth consulting, and postpartum care and support. My birth doula services include prenatal visits, continuous labor support, support in the immediate postpartum period, and a postpartum visit. My postpartum doula services include help with breastfeeding, newborn care, light household tasks and support through the transition to parenthood.

I am a CAPPA trained Labor Doula providing labor doula services throughout all of Boulder County, in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.
It is my honor to be a Labor Doula. I have excellent references and have a sincere passion about being by the side of a laboring mother to lend support and empowerment.
As your doula, my job is to make sure i'm available to you whenever labor starts. As i'm sure you know, babies come when they want to, not when it's convenient. Because of this, I will be available to you 24 hours a day (via phone) beginning 2 weeks prior to your estimated delivery date, until labor starts. Of course, if you go into labor early, you'll need to call me so I can meet you wherever it is you may be delivering.
During labor, I will assist you with natural pain management through counter pressure, meditation, massage, and/or whatever options you prefer. My goal is to make sure you are as happy and comfortable as possible. There are a wide variety of medical pain management options available to you as well. I will make sure that you know about these options as well as their risks, so you can make an informed decision.
I will also assist you communicating with faculty staff, as well as other members of your birthing team. I will do whatever it takes to make sure that you're comfortable, feel safe and are kept well informed of all options that are available to you.
