about this boy & that,
then came home mad,I knew you had a

I laughed & called it puppy love and then came the
day
a certain Mr. somebody finally got his way.....my

Oh you looked so pretty as your daddy took your arm
& marched
you down the ailse...my darling.
And you have true love & it
belongs to you,
so just remember darling you vowed it to be
true...my darling.
As years come & go & in my grave I lie,

remember sweetheart
