Down the hall, or down the road, I'm here for you.
Our ceiling is the stars, and our night light the moon.
When I'm not next to you or holding you in my arms,
I'm with you in spirit and carry you in my heart.
You'll always be Daddy's child, and I'll never forget.
Our days may begin apart and we'll meet again soon,
I'm always ready to listen and play.
Our time is precious and our hugs so dear,
Wait patiently and enjoy your day.
You're always on my mind and in my thoughts.
My love for you will never fade,
And I'll always be on the way to you.
