Mommy's little pride and joy.
Daddy's little buddy too.
We thank God for sending you!
Your name means "laughter"
for the joy that came
when we found out
you were on the way.
We waited for a long, long time
to meet you, little guy.
We were so joyous on that day
when we heard your first cry.
We pray that God will help us
to raise you in Christ's love.
We pray for guidance and wisdom
from our Father up above.
We pray that you will grow to be
the man God wants you to.
We pray that you'll let Him guide you
in everything you do.
We pray that when you're old enough
God will send you a wife.
A faithful woman to serve God with
