My two precious babies,
It was not worth the loss.
Of my broken heart,
That it has cost.
Joy, you were the first,
To enter my life.
I am so glad to know,
That you will know no strife.
Hope, you were my second,
But just the same.
The only difference,
Is in your name.
I will keep you in my heart,
If not in my arms.
I couldn't think of a better person than God,
To know of all your charms.
You are with me always,
And I want you both to know.
That I love you so much,
And please tell papa I said, "hello."
