I made all the right movements And the words, they formed in my head But Mummy and Daddy laughed at me As a giant bubble appeared instead! I wanted to tell Daddy I love him But dribble just rolled down my chin I wanted to ask Mummy for a kiss But only managed a cheeky grin Sometimes I make funny noises Like ba-ba and da-da and gee I'm sure that by my next birthday I'll be chatting away happily!
