Kathy's Pre-Pregnancy Journal

December 29th, 1998

I know it's been a while since I've written, but boy have we been busy. We moved the weekend before Christmas, and the day after we moved temperatures plumeted. The windchill factor was around 13 below zero. We've been busy not only with the holidays but with unpacking also. Who knew we had so much stuff? Were thinking HUGE garage sale this summer.

I need to get my son enrolled in school, as well as take care my own paperwork for school. I need to find a daycare for my son on tuesday afternoons when I have a lab. I also need to buy my books. The list of things I have to do goes on and on. A woman's work is never done!!

I found a program on Lifetime that I watch faithfully now, it comes on at 1 pm central time everyday. It's called a baby story, and I cry everytime I watch it. You get to watch 2 couples everyday go through the process of delivery. I'm hooked on it now. May just seems like it's so far away. I wish it would hurry up and get here so we can start trying!!

Anyway, we had a wonderful Christmas, and were planning on staying in on New Years to avoid the drunk drivers, and to have our own private celebration. This was our first Christmas and New Years together, so were being all mushy and just want to be by ourselves.

Til next time...Happy Baby Making!!!!

Kathy
