Jumbo pasta shells
spaghetti sauce
mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. frozen spinach ricotta or cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook shells according to package directions. Spoon some spaghetti sauce into
bottom of baking dish. Thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out water. Mix
some spinach in with ricotta or cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Fill
each shell with spinach mixture. Place in baking dish. Spoon more spaghetti
sauce over shells and sprinkle mushrooms on top. Finish by sprinkling
mozzarella cheese over shells. Bake at 350* until cheese is melted.
