4-5 chicken breasts
1 lb. Velveeta
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can of mushrooms-or fresh
2 cans Rotel (can of crushed up tomatoes w/ extra spices and peppers -can
also use can of regular chopped up tomatoes).
1 lb. spaghetti
Directions
Broil chicken breast. Cut into chunks. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Saute
onion and bell pepper in a little butter and garlic. Add cheese, Rotel, and
mushrooms, heating until cheese is melted. Add mixture to chicken and
spaghetti. Bake in casserole dish at 325* for 30 minutes.
