1/4 c. flour
1 or 2 chicken boullion cubes
1 t. dill weed
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. lowfat plain yogurt
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Directions
Arrange chicken in casserole dish.
Mix flour, boullion, dill, paprika, and pepper in saucepan with 1/2 of the
milk until smooth.
Stir in remaining milk and yogurt.
Heat and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. until tender
