2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 stick margarine
Directions
Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine together and pour into
casserole dish.
Mix crackers and marg. (I throw them in the micro to mix them faster) and
top casserole with this mix.
Bake 1 hr. at 350.
