Four chicken breasts with bones
1 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions
1 bottle Italian dressing
Directions
Cut up the green onions and mix them in the sour ream. Take four chicken
breasts and place them breast down on aluminum foil (enough so you can make
a little steam pouch around them) Place one quarter of the sour cream and
onion mixture on the rib cage of the chicken breast Pour one quarter of the
bottle of Italian dressing over the breast and seal the chicken breast in
the foil. Place on a baking sheet and cook at 325-deg for 90 minutes Serve
with a baked potato and use the sauce from the chicken as a gravy.
