Greek Pitas

Ingredients

½ lb. boneless pork
2 pita bread rounds, halved
1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
¼ tsp. Onion powder (or minced onions)
cucumber, sliced
tomato, sliced
ranch dressing
vegetable oil


Directions

Slice pork into bite size strips. Stir fry pork with onion powder and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Remove pan from heat and stir in 1/8 tsp. Salt and 1/8 tsp. Pepper (optional). Heat pita halves in microwave till warm. Fill pitas with pork mixture, cucumber slices and tomato slices. Spoon ranch dressing over top and serve. YUMMY!
