1 ½ cups chopped fully cooked ham (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
½ c. salsa
4 tostada shells or flour tortillas
1 ½ c. shredded lettuce
½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ c. sour cream
2 T. sliced green onions
Directions
In a medium skillet combine ham, corn and salsa. Bring to boiling; reduce
heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place each tostada shell
on a plate. Top each with lettuce, ham mixture and cheese. Garnish with
sour cream and green onions.
