Tasty Tuna Patties

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box chicken-flavored stuffing
1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 (9 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 T margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk
2-3 T. vegetable oil

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and mix well. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Scoop heaping T. of tuna mixture into skillet. Press down with back of spoon to form patties. Cook them about 4 minutes on each side. Drain & serve.
