Mix with fork (don't grease pan). Bake at 350* for 35 minutes. As cake is baking start to boil water. When cake comes out mix jello with 1 c. boiling water. Poke holes in top of cake, all over. Pour jello mixture over top of cake. Refrigerate until cool. Mix milk, orange extract, pudding and the cool whip. Frost cake.
