1-3/4 c flour
1/3 c each brown and granulated sugar
1 c butter or margarine
1 c chopped nuts
1 (27 oz) jar mincemeat
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz) can sweet condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each allspice and salt
Directions
Combine flour & sugars. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserve
1-1/2 c crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom & halfway up
sides of 13 x 9" baking dish. Spoon mincemeat over crust. Combine remaining
ingredients except reserved crumb mixture; mix well. Pour over mincemeat.
Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 425-deg., reduce heat to
350-deg, bake 40 minutes longer or until golden brown around edges Cool
Cut in squares. Refrigerate leftovers Makes 10-12 servings
