Cinnabons
Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs
2 pkg yeast
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
6 cups flour
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup margarine
Directions
In a small bowl, combine water, yeast and sugar til dissolved. In a large
ceramic bowl take pudding mix and prepare as on box. Add margarine, eggs
and salt. Mix. Then add yeast mixture. Blend. Gradually add flour, knead
til smooth .. about 5 minutes. Place in big bowl and cover. Let rise until
doubled (usually about 1/2 hour). Punch down then let double again. Then
flour counter and roll out til approx 34 x 21". Spread 1 cup soft butter
over, then sprinkle brown sugar mixture. Roll tightly. cut and place on
greased sheet 2" apart. Press down each lightly with hand. cover and let
rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove when the turn
golden. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Frost when warm with:
8 oz cream cheese
3 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
