8 oz cream cheese
2 pks bisc. (20 in all)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T melted butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Cut cheese into 20 pieces. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Flatten each biscuit
and put one cheese "chunk" ans 1 tsp cinnamon mixture in each biscuit. Pinch
dough to seal. Pour melted butter into tube angel food cake pan. Sprinkle in
leftover cinnamon and nuts. Place rolls into pan seam side up. Bake in 375
degree oven for 20 minutes or till browned. Cool 5 minutes in pan then
invert onto serving plate.
