3 (20 oz.) cans peaches, slices
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1
cup milk
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Drain 2 cans of peaches. Use juice of the third can
with the peaches. Mix flour and sugar. Add milk; mix
thoroughly. Add peaches and vanilla. Melt butter in
a large casserole dish. Pour peach batter into
the buttered dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55
minutes or until golden brown.(sprinkle a little
cinnamon on top of batter if you wish).
