Make Ahead Party Apple Salad

Ingredients and Directions

Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. water
2 T. vinegar
1 t. vanilla
1 T. butter

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.

Salad:
3 red apples
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins

When dressing is cool, pour over fruit mixture and toss lightly. Refrigerate over night.
