Easy Easter Crafts & Recipes

FUZZY WASHCLOTH EASTER BUNNY
Take a white or pink wash cloth and starting at a corner
roll the cloth tightly towards the center. When you reach
the center, roll the opposite corner into the center in the
same way. Fold in half with the fold facing inwards.
Tightly place a rubber band about half-way down. Turn the
cloth so the hole is facing to the side. Twist the ears
around so they're facing the front.

Glue on wiggly eyes, a pom-pom for the nose and for the
tail.

BUNNY PATCH DESSERT
Ingredients
1 package Sara Lee Pound Cake, frozen, cut into 10 slices
1 can (21 oz.) Comstock Pie filling, any flavor
1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut (optional)
Green Food Coloring (optional)

Line bottom of 12x8-inch baking dish with cake slices.
Top with pie filling and all of the whipped topping.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Tint
coconut pale green with food coloring. Sprinkle
over center of whipped topping. Decorate with
Easter candies and decorations like Marshmallow
Bunnies and jelly beans. Makes 15 servings.

EASTER BASKETS
3/4 c Peanut Butter
3/4 c Butterscotch chips
4 Shredded wheat biscuits, crumbled

Mix peanut butter and butterscotch chips over low heat
or place in microwave until melted; add shredded wheat.
Cool slightly, then mold into baskets (try shaping over
back of bowl). Place baskets in fridge to set. Fill
baskets with Easter eggs, candies, miniature chocolate
bars, etc.

NO-BAKE EASTER CRAFTS CLAY
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/4 cups cold water
2 cups baking soda
Food coloring
Paint

Add the cornstarch, water, baking soda, and food
coloring in saucepan and stir over medium heat for
about 4 minutes. Mixture should be the consistency of
moist mashed potatoes add food coloring. Remove from
heat, turn on a plate and cover with a damp cloth; let
cool. When totally cooled, knead like you would normal
dough. Shape clay into Easter egg shapes. Let dry and
paint.
