Natalie Jane's Birth Story
By Barblutz

My daughter, Natalie Jane, was born April 25, 1996. During the following summer, while my mother was helping me put Natalie's baby book together she noticed the doctor's signature on Natalie's birth certificate. Not only was the signature legible, but she recognized it and asked me to go home and check my own certificate. A few days had passed before I could retrieve it from the safe deposit box, but to my shock the signature on Natalie's certificate matched the signature on my certificate. The unbelieve thing about this story was that I was born 32 years ago, almost 1,000 miles away, in a different state, in an air force hospital! I had no idea that this particular doctor was in my regular doctor's practice. I had never met him during the course of two pregnancies. He just happened to be on call the night I went into labor! I don't know what the odds are of something like that happening, but I do know my children are priceless to me!
