Where Does The Probiotic Lactobacillus Reuteri Come From?

Lactobacillus reuteri, much like other sorts of probiotics, is one of the bacteria that naturally occurs in the human body. Lactobacillus reuteri can be found in the gut flora, or the environment inside your gastrointestinal tract.

Supplements containing Lactobacillus reuteri, however, don’t come directly from your gastrointestinal tract of course. Instead, the strains of Lactobacillus reuteri that are available commercially have been derived from human ecosystems. Specifically, they have originally come from saliva and mother’s milk, and have been cultivated in a laboratory environment.

Lactobacillus reuteri is one of the most researched products. It has been studied in more than 40 trials, and has produced a great number of articles in scientific journals and studies at scientific conferences. The evidence that Lactobacillus reuteri can help a person’s health in a number of ways has been demonstrated over and over again.

Lactobacillus reuteri has been shown to have a number of health benefits. For example, studies have demonstrated that Lactobacillus reuteri is more effective that Simethicone at helping colicky babies not to cry. It has been shown to help with a variety of digestive issues, too. For example, Lactobacillus reuteri has been shown to help with rotavirus diarrhea. For some people, probiotics like Lactobacillus reuteri have been successfully used to treat some of the problems that come with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Lactobacillus reuteri is a natural colonizer in humans. It is one of a few species of Lactobacillus that is able to live in the digestive tract of a human being, and to form something of a symbiotic relationship with a person. Many other types of probiotics actually have their natural environment outside of the human body, and are temporary residents in the human body.
