Can Taking Omega-3 Fatty Acid Supplements Help Prevent Pre-Term Labor?


There are a number of benefits that a woman can provide her growing baby based on the nutritional decisions that she makes. Getting enough folic acid, for example, can help with neural development. A fish oil supplement, for example, is rich in DHA fatty acids, which are an especially important type of Omega-3 fatty acids, and may be able to help prevent pre-term labor.
